I’m a recovering perfectionist 😬
Perfectionists do 2 things: they hide behind high standards to avoid the risk of releasing their work.
And they live in the fantasy of a perfect tomorrow where they will follow their perfect plan, deliver their perfect outcome, and finally be enough and belong.
As perfectionists, we always want the big bang 🌟
We don’t want to just do it: we want to do it spectacularly right. So that no one can deny that we contributed. That we are useful. That we shouldn’t be kicked out.
Perfectionism is just fear of rejection in a mink coat and pearls 💎
If you want to recover, drop the big dreams about tomorrow’s perfect plan.
Look at something that you can do RIGHT NOW.
With the time that you have available.
You may only have 10 minutes. So what?
With a smart mind like yours, you can certainly find a way to use that time and create something valuable in the direction of your goal.
It’s always about incremental progress. Small steps.
Nothing spectacular.
Drop the fur coat, drop the pearls. Underneath, you’ll find that you have bad ass athlete gear
If you want help ditching that fear, go to my website and check out my program!
No bad horses, only untrained riders 🐴
I can't wait to hear what you want to share!
