Mélanie Boucarut

I’ve got zero inspiration.

Zilch. Nada.

How am I going to write a Blog post this week? My brain is dry.

I don’t know what to talk about.

That’s what I was telling myself until I remembered that “inspired” is an emotion.

Which like all feelings, is created by what I believe in the moment.

When I believe that I have no inspiration, well, guess what? I don’t feel particularly inspired.

The trick is to find a thought that creates the feeling you’re after.

Either you’ve got a list of great thoughts, all ready to fire up 🤓 Or you’re very skilled at linking words and emotions 🧡

Or you’ve got a nice coach nearby who tells you how to proceed.

I’m a coach, and I’m really nice. So I’ll tell you how – in my next post.

In the meantime, let me know in the comments: when YOU feel dry and uninspired, what do you do?

No bad horses, only untrained riders 🐴
