Responsibility

In her book “Seven And A Half Lessons About The Brain”, Lisa Feldman Barrett wrote a sentence that moved me profoundly:

“Sometimes, we’re responsible for things not because they’re our fault, but because we’re the only ones who can change them.”

Please.

Change your interpretation of yourself.

Not because it’s your fault that you think of yourself the way you do; but because you’re the only one who can do something about it.

Listen to my podcast Excellent Rider; I show you exactly how to do that.

No bad horses, only untrained riders 🐴
