I don’t believe either that “one size fits all”. One size fits nothing well, in my opinion.

    What’s the application process?

    Click on the Apply button at the bottom of this page, and you’ll get to a short questionnaire.

    From there, you’ll book a 15 minute discussion so that you & I make sure that you’re the right fit for the program.

    If you’re accepted, you’ll then proceed to enrollment and payment in full before the start of the program.

    What’s the deadline for applying?

    Deadline for applications is Sunday, Sep 26 @18:00 CET.

    The program starts on Friday, Oct 01 with the release of the first week’s content. Interactions with peers can start right away, and the first group coaching calls are on Tuesday Oct 05 or Wednesday Oct 06, depending on the group you’ve chosen to join.

    Do I need to have a clear goal before joining?

    The only two things you need for the program to work for you are a human brain and the willingness to challenge your usual way of thinking.

    If you have a more specific goal, such as “get a job as country manager” or “define my vision for the next ten years”, wonderful!

    If you don’t: no problem. I’ll walk you through all the steps you need to figure out a specific goal that actually ignites you.

    What’s the profile of the applicants?

    It’s very diverse, but all participants share with you the following:

    You are under the unpleasant impression that you've lost your mojo. That you are not living up to your full potential. You are disappointed with where you are, in life in general, or with one area in particular.

    What’s a group coaching session like?

    We all meet on Zoom, once a week. On the call, you simply raise your hand when you want to be coached. You are coached as you would be in an individual session, simply there are other participants watching. No one else speaks besides you & the coach.

    When the coach brings the exchange to a conclusion, it’s time for the next person who raised their hand to get coached.

    The session is over after 1 hour, which usually means that 2 to 4 persons have a turn each week.

    Do I need to have experience of one-to-one coaching to benefit from group coaching?

    Not at all. In fact, you don’t need ANY experience of coaching to make the most out of the program.

    The content and the set-up are designed to get you the result you're after, regardless of where you’re starting from.

    All you need is a human brain and the willingness to challenge your thinking habits.

    What if I'm uncomfortable opening up in front of other participants?

    Being coached in front of other people can be scary the first time. And then, it’s like everything else that you’ll do in this program: you’ll get used to it, you’ll get good at it, and you’ll find that you actually enjoy it a lot.

    You’ll notice that after a couple of time, that little extra zing brought on by speaking in front of others actually focuses your mind wonderfully and is very helpful to create powerful change faster.

    On top of that, every participant in the program signs an agreement to keep confidential anything you’ll share in the group, so you can relax and focus on your situation.

    Isn’t group coaching less powerful than individual coaching?

    Quite the contrary. Group coaching has all the benefits of individual coaching, plus you get to listen in when other participants get coached.

    It’s extraordinarily powerful to hear someone being walked through the process of realizing that their view of their situation is not THE description of Reality with a big R, but just one possible interpretation.

    When you find it easy to think differently in THEIR situation, it makes it easier to develop the absolute certainty that you’ll soon figure out a better mindset about YOUR situation.

    That willingness to see things differently, combined with the precise steps of the method I provide, is exactly what will fuel your transformation.

    What if I can’t attend the weekly calls?

    Organize yourself so that you can attend the weekly calls.

    When you register, you choose whether you want to attend the group that meets on Tuesdays @17:00 PM CET or the one that meets on Wednesdays @09:30 AM CET, so that no matter where you’re based in the world there’s always a suitable time for you.

    But buying the membership card to the gym is not what gives you the 6-pack of abs. Going to the gym regularly and doing the crunches is what does.

    What if I miss a week?

    The calls are recorded and so it’s ok to miss a few sessions over the duration of the program; you can always catch the replay that’s posted within 24 hours on the group's page.

    How will you make sure that the program is tailored to my specific needs?

    The application process includes a short questionnaire and a 15-minute interview to make sure that you’re a good fit for the program.

    The program itself is designed to help high-performers who have lost their mojo develop the precise know-how to create motivation, vision, determination, ease and excitement when it feels like they are not able anymore to figure out what to do or to bring themselves to do it.

    The coaching sessions are there to make sure you have all the help you need to exactly apply the tools and process to your specific situation.

    What are the criteria for selection?

    As part of the selection discussion, I make sure that you are willing to create the change - even if you are unsure how, or whether you’ll be able to stick to it and deliver your expected outcome (that’s basically the main issue you have overall and the one we’ll fix with the program, right? 😉).

    The program is designed to make you develop the confidence, persistence and motivation that you are after. It requires a basic level of commitment and open-mindedness, and that’s what the selection process is all about.

    Who is this program NOT for?

    A coach works with functioning individuals to take them to their highest level. A coach is not a therapist or doctor of medicine, and as such the program is not the right support for you if you are clinically depressed.

    You need to be functional, able to work, take care of your children and other duties. The program is aimed at people who have simply become very disappointed, demotivated, lost and defeated about themselves and their perspectives in life – but who are still operational in daily life.

    The program is not either for you if you just want to wave a magic wand and get results without facing any discomfort. I guarantee that you will get results; I also guarantee that it will be uncomfortable at times – exactly like doing crunches at the gym. Totally feasible, even on a bad day, especially with a coach around. But definitely uncomfortable.

    What if I need more help?

    You’re going to get very thorough guidance and support from the weekly content, step-by-step worksheets, lists of common mistakes and how to avoid them, examples, analogies, visuals, and peer discussions.

    The program has an Ask-a-Coach section answered weekly where you can ask any question or issue that you have, that might not have already been addressed in the material.

    The weekly coaching sessions are the exact place to bring any looming issue that seems to prevent you from moving forward. We’ll have those dissected in no time, and you'll understand exactly how to proceed.

    Why should I choose Excellent Rider instead of another coach’s program?

    Excellent Rider is the only coaching program teaching high-achievers who've lost their mojo how to create motivation, clarity and ease on demand. You won't find anything like it anywhere else.

    Most coaches teach you tactics that stop working after a few months. I don’t.

    What’s the payment process?

    Why is there such a difference in price between ER Transformation and ER Wild Ride?

    The Wild Ride option includes 6 individual coaching sessions, 45-minute each, as well as providing feedback on every single of your weekly assignments and daily answers to all your questions.

    It requires significantly more time from me and that’s why Wild Ride seats are limited to 2.

    What’s your refund policy?

    If you’ve done the weekly work (worksheets + weekly take-away on Circle) and attended live at least 22 of the 26 weekly calls (+ 6 individual calls for the Wild Ride option) and still haven’t obtained the results you hoped for by the end of the 6 months, I’ll offer you a full refund (and will ask for proof that you do indeed have a human brain 😉).

    I don’t offer refunds for other circumstances, but might agree to reschedule you to a future group depending on your specific situation. To be discussed and agreed case by case.

    Can I pay by instalments?

    No. Payment in full before the start of the program is the rule of the game, as it allows me to secure participants that are committed to themselves and have the willingness to create a change.

    What platforms are we going to use?

    All content and program information will be on the program’s private website, with links and integrated access to peer-to-peer discussions in Circle.

    You’re French, why do you coach in English?

    Because I think I sound so much more exotic that way 😂 🙈

    The real reason is because I’ve lived out of France for most of my life and I’m very comfortable in an international setting. Besides France, I’ve lived and worked for durations ranging from a 3 months to 4 years in the USA, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Guatemala, the Ukraine, Morocco, Algeria, and India.

    I currently live in Sweden and had clients on all continents before I even launched my coaching business. It was very natural to continue working in English.

    This being said, I hold one-to-one client sessions in the language that’s most comfortable for my client out of the 3 I speak fluently: English, French, and Swedish.

    You can definitely improve some things on your own. But be honest: none of the things you tried "stick". You always end up back into the same dark hole or unhealthy habits. You wouldn’t be interested in this program otherwise.

      What’s the application process?

      Click on the Apply button at the bottom of this page, and you’ll get to a short questionnaire.

      From there, you’ll book a 15 minute discussion so that you & I make sure that you’re the right fit for the program.

      If you’re accepted, you’ll then proceed to enrollment and payment in full before the start of the program.

      What’s the deadline for applying?

      Deadline for applications is Sunday, Sep 26 @18:00 CET.

      The program starts on Friday, Oct 01 with the release of the first week’s content. Interactions with peers can start right away, and the first group coaching calls are on Tuesday Oct 05 or Wednesday Oct 06, depending on the group you’ve chosen to join.

      Do I need to have a clear goal before joining?

      The only two things you need for the program to work for you are a human brain and the willingness to challenge your usual way of thinking.

      If you have a more specific goal, such as “get a job as country manager” or “define my vision for the next ten years”, wonderful!

      If you don’t: no problem. I’ll walk you through all the steps you need to figure out a specific goal that actually ignites you.

      What’s the profile of the applicants?

      It’s very diverse, but all participants share with you the following:

      You are under the unpleasant impression that you've lost your mojo. That you are not living up to your full potential. You are disappointed with where you are, in life in general, or with one area in particular.

      In the past, you’ve been driven enough to create achievement in your life: maybe you’ve lived in another country; maybe you’ve been trusted to lead at high levels in your company; maybe you’ve reached academic, athletic or artistic accomplishment on the side of your main occupation. Maybe all of the above.

      You might be unclear and demotivated about specific activities, but you are ready to follow each step of the method and make this program work for you.

      What’s a group coaching session like?

      We all meet on Zoom, once a week. On the call, you simply raise your hand when you want to be coached. You are coached as you would be in an individual session, simply there are other participants watching. No one else speaks besides you & the coach.

      When the coach brings the exchange to a conclusion, it’s time for the next person who raised their hand to get coached.

      The session is over after 1 hour, which usually means that 2 to 4 persons have a turn each week.

      Do I need to have experience of one-to-one coaching to benefit from group coaching?

      Not at all. In fact, you don’t need ANY experience of coaching to make the most out of the program.

      The content and the set-up are designed to get you the result you're after, regardless of where you’re starting from.

      All you need is a human brain and the willingness to challenge your thinking habits.

      What if I'm uncomfortable opening up in front of other participants?

      Being coached in front of other people can be scary the first time. And then, it’s like everything else that you’ll do in this program: you’ll get used to it, you’ll get good at it, and you’ll find that you actually enjoy it a lot.

      You’ll notice that after a couple of time, that little extra zing brought on by speaking in front of others actually focuses your mind wonderfully and is very helpful to create powerful change faster.

      On top of that, every participant in the program signs an agreement to keep confidential anything you’ll share in the group, so you can relax and focus on your situation.

      Isn’t group coaching less powerful than individual coaching?

      Quite the contrary. Group coaching has all the benefits of individual coaching, plus you get to listen in when other participants get coached.

      It’s extraordinarily powerful to hear someone being walked through the process of realizing that their view of their situation is not THE description of Reality with a big R, but just one possible interpretation.

      When you find it easy to think differently in THEIR situation, it makes it easier to develop the absolute certainty that you’ll soon figure out a better mindset about YOUR situation.

      That willingness to see things differently, combined with the precise steps of the method I provide, is exactly what will fuel your transformation.

      What if I can’t attend the weekly calls?

      Organize yourself so that you can attend the weekly calls.

      When you register, you choose whether you want to attend the group that meets on Tuesdays @17:00 PM CET or the one that meets on Wednesdays @09:30 AM CET, so that no matter where you’re based in the world there’s always a suitable time for you.

      But buying the membership card to the gym is not what gives you the 6-pack of abs. Going to the gym regularly and doing the crunches is what does.

      What if I miss a week?

      The calls are recorded and so it’s ok to miss a few sessions over the duration of the program; you can always catch the replay that’s posted within 24 hours on the group's page.

      How will you make sure that the program is tailored to my specific needs?

      The application process includes a short questionnaire and a 15-minute interview to make sure that you’re a good fit for the program.

      The program itself is designed to help high-performers who have lost their mojo develop the precise know-how to create motivation, vision, determination, ease and excitement when it feels like they are not able anymore to figure out what to do or to bring themselves to do it.

      The coaching sessions are there to make sure you have all the help you need to exactly apply the tools and process to your specific situation.

      What are the criteria for selection?

      As part of the selection discussion, I make sure that you are willing to create the change - even if you are unsure how, or whether you’ll be able to stick to it and deliver your expected outcome (that’s basically the main issue you have overall and the one we’ll fix with the program, right? 😉).

      The program is designed to make you develop the confidence, persistence and motivation that you are after. It requires a basic level of commitment and open-mindedness, and that’s what the selection process is all about.

      Who is this program NOT for?

      A coach works with functioning individuals to take them to their highest level. A coach is not a therapist or doctor of medicine, and as such the program is not the right support for you if you are clinically depressed.

      You need to be functional, able to work, take care of your children and other duties. The program is aimed at people who have simply become very disappointed, demotivated, lost and defeated about themselves and their perspectives in life – but who are still operational in daily life.

      The program is not either for you if you just want to wave a magic wand and get results without facing any discomfort. I guarantee that you will get results; I also guarantee that it will be uncomfortable at times – exactly like doing crunches at the gym. Totally feasible, even on a bad day, especially with a coach around. But definitely uncomfortable.

      What if I need more help?

      You’re going to get very thorough guidance and support from the weekly content, step-by-step worksheets, lists of common mistakes and how to avoid them, examples, analogies, visuals, and peer discussions.

      The program has an Ask-a-Coach section answered weekly where you can ask any question or issue that you have, that might not have already been addressed in the material.

      The weekly coaching sessions are the exact place to bring any looming issue that seems to prevent you from moving forward. We’ll have those dissected in no time, and you'll understand exactly how to proceed.

      Why should I choose Excellent Rider instead of another coach’s program?

      Excellent Rider is the only coaching program teaching high-achievers who've lost their mojo how to create motivation, clarity and ease on demand. You won't find anything like it anywhere else.

      Most coaches teach you tactics that stop working after a few months. I don’t.

      Most coaches confuse you with a battery of concepts and tools that you won’t remember when you most need them. I don’t.

      What’s the payment process?

      Credit card payments are processed via Stripe. There’s a possibility to pay via bank wire if you encounter issues with card payments.

      Why is there such a difference in price between ER Transformation and ER Wild Ride?

      The Wild Ride option includes 6 individual coaching sessions, 45-minute each, as well as providing feedback on every single of your weekly assignments and daily answers to all your questions.

      It requires significantly more time from me and that’s why Wild Ride seats are limited to 2.

      What’s your refund policy?

      If you’ve done the weekly work (worksheets + weekly take-away on Circle) and attended live at least 22 of the 26 weekly calls (+ 6 individual calls for the Wild Ride option) and still haven’t obtained the results you hoped for by the end of the 6 months, I’ll offer you a full refund (and will ask for proof that you do indeed have a human brain 😉).

      I don’t offer refunds for other circumstances, but might agree to reschedule you to a future group depending on your specific situation. To be discussed and agreed case by case.

      Can I pay by instalments?

      No. Payment in full before the start of the program is the rule of the game, as it allows me to secure participants that are committed to themselves and have the willingness to create a change.

      What platforms are we going to use?

      All content and program information will be on the program’s private website, with links and integrated access to peer-to-peer discussions in Circle.

      You’re French, why do you coach in English?

      Because I think I sound so much more exotic that way 😂 🙈

      The real reason is because I’ve lived out of France for most of my life and I’m very comfortable in an international setting. Besides France, I’ve lived and worked for durations ranging from a 3 months to 4 years in the USA, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Guatemala, the Ukraine, Morocco, Algeria, and India.

      I currently live in Sweden and had clients on all continents before I even launched my coaching business. It was very natural to continue working in English.

      This being said, I hold one-to-one client sessions in the language that’s most comfortable for my client out of the 3 I speak fluently: English, French, and Swedish.
